✈️ Built for agencies whose mailbox is the CRM

Your back office,
run from WhatsApp.

Tlyck Travel is an assistant for travel agencies. Ask it the way you'd ask a colleague — find that booking, add the bags, check them in on Thursday, send me the invoice — and it works against your own mailbox and your own supplier portals.

What you get

The jobs that eat the day

Not a booking engine. The half-hour that goes on finding the booking, chasing the portal, remembering the check-in, and digging out the invoice.

🔎

Find any booking

By PNR, passenger name, supplier or a date range — out of the mailbox that has actually been your database all along.

📒

A register, not a chat log

Bookings, passengers, flight dates and what's still owed are written down the moment you say them, so nobody loses track of who gets which bag.

🧳

Ancillaries on the portal

Bags, seats and meals added on the supplier's own site through a supervised browser, with your logins — and the price shown before anything is confirmed.

Check-in, on the window

The window is per carrier — 24h for most, 30h for Etihad, more for some low-cost carriers. It computes the exact moment, schedules it, and carries the seats and meals forward.

📄

Your letterhead, not theirs

A supplier voucher comes back as your own branded confirmation, and invoices and receipts arrive in the chat as attachments, by supplier, payee and date.

📥

Mailbox at volume

Filing rules per supplier, and bulk cleanup that shows you the count and a sample before a single message is deleted.

How it works

Set it up once, then just ask

Create your desk

Name it, tell it which suppliers you work with and how your agency signs its documents.

Connect your mailbox and WhatsApp

Your own Google account, your own number. Nothing is copied anywhere else, and the mailbox stays exactly where it is.

Ask for things in plain language

"Israir invoices made out to me since March." "Add two bags for Maggie." "Etihad check-in, 13th, seats together."

Approve the last step

Anything that spends money, changes a booking or deletes mail comes back to you first with the number in front of it.

Straight about the limits

What it does, and what it doesn't

FAQ

Common questions

Does it book flights? +

No — it services the bookings you already sell. Finding them, adding ancillaries, checking passengers in, and producing the paperwork is the job it does.

How does it get into my supplier portals? +

A supervised browser session on your own agent, using your agency's own logins. You see the step it is about to take, and anything that spends money waits for your go-ahead.

What if a portal asks for a code? +

It asks you for it, in the chat, and says plainly that it is waiting. It does not go quiet and leave you guessing whether the booking was touched.

Do I have to move off my mailbox? +

No. Your mailbox stays your system of record — the assistant reads and files inside it. There is no migration and no second database to keep in step.

Does it work in my language? +

Yes. Write to it the way you write to a colleague, in whichever language your agency works in.
